EveryPen Instructions & Information

Once you've been prescribed by one of our licensed providers, you'll be sent one of our EveryPen pen injectors.

Please read these before you send any questions to our customer support team:

- You may notice that it doesn't come with cold packs—that's normal, as our pens do not need to be refrigerated until after your first dose. Once you open the box, you'll find everything you need to get started: the pen itself, detachable needles, and sterile swabs.

- Your prescription is attached to the box your EveryPen came in, and lists the dosage, number of units per dosage, and frequency of injection.

- The unit number does not equal milligrams. If your doctor prescribes 75 units, for example, it does not mean 75mg or 7.5mg, it means 75 units of medication. How many units you should take is prescribed by your doctor and will be indicated on the prescription label on your box.

- Each pen comes with 300 units of medication. If you were prescribed 75 units per week, for example, that means you will inject 1/4 of the pen with each injection.
